Limited Spaces Available. For Classroom options for Grades 1-6

Important: If your child is receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation this fall, you do not need to register.

Program options

Classroom program for 1st-6th grade

Choose either Monday 5-6:30pm or Tuesday 5-6:30pm

Please Note:
Space is limited for grades 1-6

Home Study –

Kindergarten thru 6th grade (books will be pick up at a later date)

Year One Confirmation Prep-(7th grade and up)

Pick a day either Monday 5-6:30pm or Tuesday 7-8:30pm

Year Two Confirmation Prep (must have completed year one)

Pick a day either Monday 7-8:30pm or Tuesday 5-6:30pm

-Download and fill out the registration form.

(Form must be dropped off in Person only)

Printable Registration Form

-Bring a copy of baptismal record if new to the program.

-Bring completed form and exact payment (cash, credit card ) check made payable to: St. John Vianney
