Key Responsibility Areas:
- Assists the Pastor in the day-to-day operations for the parish including personnel, plant, financial and business operations/processes.
- Oversees the compilation and tabulation of all financial transactions for the parish.
- Assures compliance with local, state and federal laws/regulations along with Archdiocesan rules, regulations and policies.
- Coordinates and administers the Human Resources function for the parish including salary administration, health care, retirement, and all other benefits.
- Responsible for the preparation of financial reports, and preparation/administration of capital and operating budgets.
